Man arrested for creating disturbance in San Antonio’s Medical Center area

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police have arrested a 41 year old man who created an intense scene in the Medical Center area Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called to the 2800 block of Babcock Road at around 4 P.M.
The man was spotted shooting at the ground, at a truck and destroying other property.
The man then got into a car but he eventually got thirsty.
He asked officers for some water, which they gave him after he got out of the car.
They arrested the man on charges of criminal mischief and deadly conduct.
