Man arrested for murder following shooting at San Antonio car wash

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police have arrested a man for murdering another man at a car wash on the Northwest side.

Police were called to the car wash on Northwestern at around 9 P.M. Saturday.

They arrived to find a man in his early 30’s with a gunshot wound to the hip.

He died soon after arriving at University Hospital.

Officers began searching for the shooter, identified as Caesar Martinez. He was found at a nearby convenience store.

It’s believed Martinez shot the victim during an argument.

He’s been charged with murder. A family member who was involved in the argument was brought in for questioning.

Police are working to determine what started the argument between the men.
