Man arrested for sexual assault two days before starting job at Bexar County Jail
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — He was supposed to start a new job as a temporary jailer at the Bexar County Jail today.
20 year old Alucard Harris is at the county lockup but not as an employee.
He was arrested over the weekend for online solicitation of a minor with intent for sexual contact.
Harris had reportedly been using the social media app Snapchat to communicate with a 15 year old girl.
Her family contacted the Sheriff’s Office when they found sexually graphic messages on the girl’s phone.
Deputies were able to identify Harris via his Snapchat account and during the investigation, they learned that he was about to start working at the county jail.
He was arrested Saturday and is being held on $100,000 bond. His conditional offer for employment at the jail has been withdrawn.
Child Safe Investigators are now handling the investigation. They’re asking anyone who may have been a victim of Alucard Harris to contact the BCSO at 210-335-6070.
