SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 41 year old man is behind bars after stabbing a woman during an argument at a bus stop.
San Antonio police say Abel Gonzalez and the 35 year old woman were arguing Monday evening at the bus stop at S.W. Military and South Flores.
Gonzalez pulled out a knife, stabbed the woman two times and ran off.
The victim was brought to BAMC with life threatening stab wounds while Gonzalez was tracked down to a pizza restaurant a few blocks away. He was holding the bloody knife he used to stab the woman.
Gonzalez has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The victim remains in the hospital with life threatening injuries.
