Man arrested in double shooting that left one dead, one wounded

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – A man accused of killing one person and wounding another is behind bars this morning at the Bexar County Jail.
Witnesses identified 20-year-old Brandon Guzman as the shooter at the Rosemont at Bethel Place Apartments Monday on South Acme Road Monday morning.
When officers arrived, one man was dead with a gunshot wound to the head and another had been shot in the back. He was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
The San Antonio Police Department’s Homicide Unit and officers in the Repeat Offenders Program and Street Crimes Unit worked to track down Guzman. He was arrested Tuesday without incident.
