Man crashes truck into home on San Antonio’s East side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A rude awakening for a resident on San Antonio’s East side.

KSAT -12 reports that police were called to the intersection of Brice Street and F Street at around midnight Wednesday.

That’s where a man crashed his pickup into a house.

The driver was attempting to make a turn at the intersection but he drove into the house instead.

The woman who lives there was knocked to the floor when the truck came crashing through her wall, but she was not hurt.

Police are investigating to determine if the driver was speeding or if alcohol was a factor.

He was arrested when officers ran a check and found out he had an outstanding warrant.
