Man killed after being run over by neighbor, SAPD

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating after a man was run over by a car on the North Side Monday morning.

Investigators say the man was hit by his neighbor on Putnam Farm near I-10, and SAPD is saying the two had been fighting for some time. The man was run over in a driveway by a 58-year-old woman who lived across the street.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office is identifying the victim was Stephen Sanders, 56.

KSAT-12 reports the woman could be facing a murder charge.
