Man shoots gun inside convenience store during robbery on San Antonio’s East

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store on San Antonio’s East side.

According to FOX 29, it happened at around 9:15 P.M. Thursday at the Murphy Express in the 4400 block of North Foster Road.

The man walked into the store then pulled a gun on the cashier and demanded money.

He fired off one round inside the store but didn’t hit anyone.

Police believe he shot his gun to get the cashier to move faster.

After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the man ran off.

Police weren’t given a good description of the crook but were told he was young, possibly a juvenile.

Once he’s caught, he will likely be charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.
