Man shot and killed while riding bicycle north of downtown San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA  News) – A man on a bicycle has been shot and killed north of downtown San Antonio in the Tobin Hill area.

Police were called to Evergreen Street near Evergreen Court around 2 a.m. Monday where they found a man dead on the street.   Investigators say a vehicle  pulled up to the man on the bicycle and someone inside opened fire, shooting the man in the head.
