Man shot in head during drug deal on San Antonio’s Northwest side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A drug deal has turned violent on the Northwest side.
It happened at around 10:30 P.M. Thursday at an apartment complex on Wurzbach Road.
Police say a man went to the complex to buy drugs and when he got out of his vehicle he was approached by two men.
They began to argue and shot the man in the head before running off.
The victim is in critical condition at an area hospital.
No arrests have been made.
