Man shot in the head during argument at an apartment complex on San Antonio’s East side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are investigating a shooting that sent a 19 year old man to the hospital.
It was around 10 P.M. Monday when police were called to an apartment complex in the 4600 block of East Houston Street.
When they arrived, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head.
He is in critical condition at Brooke Army Medical Center.
Witnesses tell police there was an argument between the victim and another man before shots were fired.
Police haven’t provided a description of the shooter who fled the scene.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
