Man shot to death outside San Antonio convenience store

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man who was found in the parking lot of a West side convenience store.

At around 10:15 P.M. Monday, officers were called to the store located at SW 24th and West Commerce.

The victim had gunshot wounds to his torso. He was pronounced dead at University Hospital.

Witnesses are telling police they saw the victim talking to another man in the parking lot before the shots were fired but they did not witness the actual shooting.

The search for the shooter is still underway and the victim’s name hasn’t been released.

Police are still investigating.
