Governor Andrew Cuomo refuses to allow an independent review of his nursing home issue, and an NBA player has to quarantine after visiting a strip club. Rep. Adam Schiff says the closing of the Chinese consulate in Houston was an unnecessary escalation, and Seattle prepares to shut down the jails for justice.
