Medical Examiner releases names of man and woman who died in murder suicide at North Side apartment complex
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The names of two people killed in a murder suicide over the weekend has been released by the Bexar County Medical Examiner.
30-year-old Tevin Hall died from a gunshot wound to the head. San Antonio police say he turned the gun on himself after killing 28-year-old Kenya Joy Bland who was in the apartment with him.
The bodies were found when officers were called to do a welfare check Sunday morning.
Police first went to an apartment on Jones Maltsberger to check on Hall, but he wasn’t there.
The officers learned he was at an apartment on East Sonterra. They tried communicating with Hall for a few hours. The SWAT team eventually entered the apartment and found the bodies of Hall and Bland
The investigation is still underway.
