More than 40 local employers taking part in Goodwill Job Fair

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Goodwill is holding a job fair this week that will include more than 40 local employers.

The job fair will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tripoint Event Center.

Employers will include Amazon, City of San Antonio, FGF Brands LLC, La Familia Cortez Restaurants, Navistar, Omni La Mansion Del Rio, Security Service FCU, Toyotetsu, VIA Transit and other industries including banking, construction, customer service, healthcare, hospitality and tourism, logistics, and manufacturing.

Goodwill said compensation will begin at $12.50 and up and benefits will include paid holidays and paid time off, health benefits, retirement plans, educational benefits, employee discounts and leadership training.

Job seekers are asked to pre-register for the event at bit.ly/CareerFairFeb22 and attend the event wearing professional dresses with an updated resume and photo ID. On-site interviews will be conducted.

Facemasks and social distancing will be required.
