New Braunfels Utilities closing area street during underground project

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — New Braunfels Utilities is doing some work on Market Avenue for the next 9 days which means a section of the street is going to be closed.

Crews are constructing bore pits under Market Avenue and it will be closed between Meusebach and Zink Streets.

Traffic on Market Avenue will be detoured to Meusebach Street, Seguin Avenue, and Zink Street today through July 15.

The section of Zink Street between Seguin Avenue and Landa Street should be open to traffic and pedestrians can still use the sidewalks to get to businesses in the area.
