New Torchy’s Tacos on northwest side offering free queso for a year

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A new Torchy’s Tacos location is opening on the northwest side of San Antonio tomorrow and the company said the first 100 guests will get free chips and queso for a year.
The Austin-based company said the first 100 guests in line at 10 a.m. will be gifted a special t-shirt that will grant them a half order of chips and green chile queso for the next year.
Guests must be wearing the special t-shirt when ordering to claim the free appetizer and the gift can only be redeemed at the new location once per day.
The restaurant opening at 11654 Bandera Road is the fifth Torchy’s Taco location to open in San Antonio.
