Nirenberg Questions Visa Ridge Process

The Vista Ridge Pipeline project is about to be a done deal. SAWS is expected to approve the deal today and one member of City Council doesn’t like the process.

Ron Nirenberg talked exclusively to KTSA about the plan and he says with 3 and a half billion dollars on the table, City Council should be more involved.

“Council ought to get a says so, a sign off on this and we wont because SAWS and the Mayor said that we don’t have to, essentially. And they technically are corrent but this is a 3 and a half billion┬ádollar deal.”

Nirenberg says with that much money on the line, it ought to go to the people representing San Antonio citizens.
