One dead in a fight between roommates at a Northwest San Antonio student housing complex

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — One man is in custody after a fight between two roommates turned deadly.

It happened in the Tetro Student Village, that’s on the Northwest side near UTSA.

The men started fighting in their apartment but they ended up in the parking lot.

That’s where police found one of the men dead from severe head injuries.

The other roommate was standing nearby and he was detained by police. Charges against him could include murder but that depends on what police uncover during their investigation.

The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
