One year old nearly drowns when left unattended in bathtub

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A one year old girl is in Intensive Care after nearly drowning in a bathtub.
Police were called to the Diamond Head Condos on Medical Drive at around 9 P.M. Tuesday.
The child’s mother told officers she had left the girl unattended while she was in the tub.
The girl was brought to the hospital where she is in critical condition.
Some other children who were in the home are now with relatives and Child Protective Services is investigating.
The mother could be charged with Child Endangerment.
