SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Do you have opinions on how San Antonio should spend its money for the upcoming year?
There are only two town hall meetings left before the city is expected to adopt the fiscal year 2022 budget on September 16 and the first is tonight.
The meeting tonight will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology in the David Monroe Education Center.
The final town hall meeting will be Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. It will be a virtual town hall that will require participants to register by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting.

The meetings will also be available to watch on television on AT&T 99, Grande 20, Spectrum 21, and digital antenna 16.1. Residents can listen live by phone 210-207-5555. The meetings will be streamed online at www.sanantonio.gov/tvsa and on the City of San Antonio’s Facebook page.

The FY 2022 proposed budget, if adopted in its current form, will be the largest city budget in history at $3.1 billion, with nearly $1 billion coming from federal dollars by way of the American Rescue Plan Act.
