Police search for driver who didn’t stop after hitting a skateboarder on Vance Jackson Road

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man is recovering after a driver hit him as he rode his skateboard on the Northwest side.
It was just before 2 A.M. and as the victim was skateboarding down Vance Jackson, a driver in a black sedan hit him.
The driver didn’t stop to help.
A friend of the skateboarder showed up and called 9-1-1. The man was taken to University Hospital and is stable condition.
Police are still looking for the driver who will face charges when they’re found.
