Police search for elderly San Antonio man who vanished on Mother’s Day

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – A Silver Alert has been issued for an elderly San Antonio man who vanished on Mother’s Day from a Northeast Side neighborhood near O’Connor Road and Stahl Road.

Seventy-five-year-old Eugene “Jose” Porto, who suffers from a health condition that requires medication, was last seen Sunday in the 5300 block of Stormy Dawn. He’s 5′ 6″ and weighs about 149 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.

Police say Porto could be driving a black 2003 Chevy Silverado truck, license plate number BR29029. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, an orange shirt and an orange baseball cap.
