San Antonio police say the girl and mother have both been found and are safe.

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio police are looking for a missing 1-year-old girl.
Police say Emma Garcia was last seen in the 300 block of N. Smith Street with her mother, Diamond Garcia, Monday afternoon.
The girl was last seen wearing black shoes, pink tights and pink shorts.
