Police searching for missing 13 year old believed to have been abducted in August

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Police are asking for help in locating a 13 year old San Antonio girl believed to be abducted more than 2 months ago.

Joanna Luna was last seen at around 3 A.M. August 20 on Spring Dale Drive.

She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

It’s believed she was abducted by 17 year old Richard “Xavier” Rodriguez. He was last seen driving a U-Haul truck with Arizona license plate AE4438.

Rodriguez is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say they believe Joanna is in grave or immediate danger. There was no information given as to why it took two months to issue the AMBER alert.
