SAN ANTONIO (Texas News Radio) — Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is looking for a big payday from his team, which would make him one of the highest paid in professional football.
Prescott turned down a $30 million per year offer from the team. Now, NFL Network’s Jane Slater says Prescott wants $40 million per year to be the team’s football tosser.
She anticipates the eventual deal to be between the two figures.
KRLD-FM reports team officials were optimistic in getting a deal done with Prescott.
I can confirm reports that QB Dak Prescott has, in fact, turned down 30M a year offer and is instead seeking 40M a year per source informed. #Cowboys
