Remains found in northern Bexar Co. identified as Andreen McDonald; husband charged

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Skeletal remains found in northern Bexar County earlier this week have been identified as belonging to Andreen McDonald.

Bexar County sheriff Javier Salazar stated Saturday the medical examiner’s office made the identification Friday night.

Her husband, Andre McDonald — who had already been arrested for tampering with evidence in the case — was charged with her death.

The remains were found by someone walking on their property on Specht Road south of Bulverde in the far northern part of Bexar County Thursday.
