Reward Increased For Most Wanted Fugitive

The Texas Department of Public Safety is hoping you can help them find a man wanted for murder. His name is Frankie Lee Bell and on October 3rd, he was involved in a robbery in Bryan where two men were shot and killed.

Bell’s last known address was in Caldwell but since the October 3rd incident, Police haven’t been able to locate him.

He had just been released from prison in June where he was serving time for shooting two men in 2005.

Bell is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He also has several tattoos including a dog paw, a 5 point star and a “B” hand sign on his right forearm. Plus several more tattoos on his neck and arms.

A reward of 12,500 dollars is being offered for information leading to his capture.
