Runoff Early Voting Begins Tuesday

Early voting in the runoff elections for Mayor and some City Council seats gets underway today.

Bexar County Elections Administrator Jacque Callanen tells us you can find the polling place closest to you by logging on to the Bexar County Elections website.

She did mention a problem they’re having with getting people to vote in the runoff. She says for some reasons, a good number of people believe that if they voted in the election earlier this month, they’re not eligible to vote in the runoff.

Callanen says that’s not true. If you’re a registered voter and a San Antonio resident, you can vote in the runoff.

Early voting runs through June 6th and election day is June 10th.
