SA Still Interested in NFL

San Antonio hasn’t given up on it’s NFL dreams.

Team owners are meeting this week to look over requests by the Rams, Raiders and Chargers to move to Los Angeles. So what if that doesn’t work out for any of those teams?

City Councilman Joe Krier says ┬áhe’s hoping they will come talk to San Antonio because the city is ready for an NFL franchise.

“My father always told me you catch more fish of you keep your hook in the water so we’re keeping our hook in the water for an NFL team.”

Richard Perez from the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce tells us the business community supports having a team move here. He says even though the city has had talks with the Raiders before, the city will meet with them or the other two teams about relocating to San Antonio.
