San Antonian wins $1 million from scratch-off ticket

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A San Antonio resident is $1 million (minus taxes) richer thanks to the Texas Lottery.
The prize came courtesy of a scratch-off ticket that was purchased at 281 Stop on San Pedro Avenue.
The winner has chosen to stay anonymous.
