San Antonio area Texas Roadhouse locations to host “Tip-A-Cop” event to raise money for Special Olympics

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — You can enjoy a big steak and help a good cause Thursday night.

Local police officers will be taking orders at area Texas Roadhouse restaurants Thursday night for a “Tip-A-Cop” event.

The tips you leave for the officers will all be donated to Special Olympics Texas. Texas Roadhouse has been hosting “Tip-A-Cop” events for 13 years and has raised more than a million dollars for Special Olympics.
