San Antonio bar owner facing charges after shooting at customer

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police were called to an East side bar Monday night after the owner shot at a customer.

FOX 29 reports the call from the 300 block of North New Braunfels came in just before 10 P.M.

Police were told by the bar owner that he and the customer had gotten into an altercation.

He told the customer to leave and once outside the bar, the owner fired five rounds towards the man.

The customer wasn’t hit and the bar owner says he didn’t want to actually shoot the man, he just wanted him to leave.

Police indicate the bar owner will face charges since the shots were fired outside the business.
