SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 25 year old car salesman used a customer’s phone to access their photos, find the more intimate pics, then sent them to himself.

Connor McFarland Griffin, who worked at several dealerships in San Antonio and Schertz, was arrested by the San Antonio Police Department’s Human Exploitation Unit Tuesday afternoon.

The victim discovered Griffin had accessed, then sent the pictures to himself. According to a press release from the SAPD the victim handed her phone to Griffin during a business transaction but didn’t indicate the exact nature of the transaction or why it was necessary for him to have access to her phone.

She called the cops who secured a warrant after establishing probable cause.

Griffin was arrested without incident and charged with Invasive Visual Recording.

Police believe Griffin may have other victims and are asking anyone with information to call 210-207-2370.
