San Antonio construction project delayed by rain

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – Wet weather is delaying the completion of a major roadwork project in the San Antonio area.
It’s the new intersection at Bandera Road and Loop 1604.
Crews started work on the seven-million-dollar, continuous flow intersection project about a year ago and it’s nearly done.
It should be finished by the end of next month.
