SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Two San Antonio people have been arrested after police found a massive stash of weapons, drugs and stolen tools in a northeastern Bexar County home.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said they along with the Texas Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant last Wednesday at a home in the 5900 block of Lost Creek off of Judson Road.

In the house, they found over three ounces of THC wax, 4.3 ounces of THC oils, 17 grams of methamphetamine, 25 grams of Adderall, eight assault rifles, four pistols altered to become automatic weapons, three guns with no firearms, an assault rifle altered to become an automatic weapon, a stolen handgun, and an adapter to modify any Glock firearm into a full automatic pistol.

Deputies and troopers also found some power tools that had been suspected of being stolen.

Investigators then searched a storage facility off of Nacogdoches Road and Loop 1604 where they found nearly $28,000 worth of stolen goods.

They arrested 26-year-old Nicholas Mata and 24-year-old Selena Benites.  They were both charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute narcotics and will be facing multiple state and federal weapons charges.

The sheriff’s office said more arrests and seizures are expected from this investigation.
