San Antonio has its own Monopoly game

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Want to own the Alamo?

It’s not REALLY for sale but a board game manufacturer gives you the chance to pretend to be the landlord of the iconic shrine.

Late for the Sky Production is an Ohio-based company that makes Monopoly-themed board games based on a number of Texas cities.

San Antonio-opoly is played like the traditional board game and features several well known landmarks. They include Mi Tierra Restaurant, Fort Sam Houston, the Aztec Theater and the Riverwalk. (No Eisenhauer Flea Market? We call B.S!)

To add to the realism, the game includes traffic jams and property taxes. Unfortunately, the game pieces don’t include a breakfast taco or a chancla.

The company also produces versions of their game inspired by other cities across the county.

You can check them out on the company’s website.
