SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A San Antonio man is being accused of possession child porn, according to documents unsealed in court Monday.

The FBI says its agents and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office learned that 69-year-old Lynn Gerstner had reportedly been in online contact with multiple underage female children and was producing, receiving and distributing child pornography.

The sheriff’s office searched his home in late April and seized his phones and computers.  They say they found a large amount of child pornography on those devices.

The FBI shortly after met with Gerstner for a follow-up interview and learned he bought a new phone the day after his last one had been seized.  He took the new phone with him for the interview.

The FBI learned there was a large volume of child porn on that device that he had already downloaded from his cloud account.

Gerstner has been charged with production of child pornography, which carries a penalty of 15 to 30 years in federal prison.  Investigators are working to identify any additional victims.
