San Antonio man felt bullets fly by his head as shots are fired into his home

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A resident of San Antonio’s West Side barely avoided getting hit by bullets that were fired into his house.

At 4:30 A.M. Tuesday, police responded to a home on Vera Cruz. A man told them he was in his home when he heard some gunshots and felt something whiz by his head.

He noticed a bullet hole in a wall and called the cops.

Police found several shell casings on the ground outside the home.

They also discovered one of the shots went into the bedroom of the man’s 2 year old son but the child wasn’t in the room at the time.

No arrests so far and investigators are still looking for the shooter.
