SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Police have a lot of questions but not many answers following a shooting on San Antonio’s West side.
Officers responded to a call from residents in the 2000 block of San Jacinto Street at around 11 P.M. Sunday who reported they heard a man screaming.
They arrived to find a man with a gun shot wound to the leg.
He told the officers that he was walking when someone shot him.
But during the investigation, officers didn’t find any signs that the shooting had taken place in the area where they found the man and nobody in the area reported hearing gunshots.
They believe the victim was dropped off on San Jacinto after he was shot in a different location.
The investigation continues.
