San Antonio Police find two toddlers tied up in a home on the city’s Southeast side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Two toddlers were found tied up in a home on San Antonio’s Southeast side.

The children were found alone in the house and tied up in a bedroom in the 400 block of Bailey.

When officers arrived they learned that a third child who lived in the home was missing. They began searching for the 5 month old and found the child at the home of a different family member.

Meanwhile, the two children found alone in the home were brought to a nearby hospital to be examined.

They are 1 and 2 years old.

There’s no word on their conditions but CPS has announced that all three children are in their custody.

The children’s mother has reportedly claimed the children were abandoned by someone who was supposed to be watching them.

Child Protective Services and the San Antonio Police Department are investigating.

Police haven’t said if any arrests were made in connection to the case.
