San Antonio police investigate double shooting on Northeast Side that leaves one dead, another in the hospital

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man is dead, another in the hospital following a shooting on San Antonio’s Northeast Side.
Police say it happened at around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 6400 block of I-35 North.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found one man with a gunshot wound to his stomach and another who had been shot in the arm.
The man with the stomach wound died at the scene while the other victim was brought to a hospital.
Their names haven’t been released.
Police did detain one other person for questioning but at this point there is no word on who fired the shots or why.
The investigation continues.
