San Antonio Police investigate shooting at apartment complex on the city’s East side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A woman is recovering after she was shot in the stomach early Tuesday morning.
It happened at the Antioch Village Apartments on Upland Road on the East side.
The victim heard a knock on her door at around 4:30 A.M. and when she opened her door, some other women pushed their way inside. One of them shot the victim before they left the scene.
The victim was home alone with her child who was not hurt.
Police say they don’t have a very good description of the women who got into the apartment and they are still working to determine a motive.
