San Antonio Police investigate shooting in East side neighborhood

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are investigating a shooting on the city’s east side that sent one person to the hospital.
The call came in at around 5:30 A.M. from the 200 block of Longview Drive.
A family heard gunshots outside their home and when they went out to see what happened, they found a man who had been shot was lying in their driveway.
The victim had been shot multiple times. he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is in critical condition.
It’s still very early in the investigation so officers don’t have a motive and haven’t located any witnesses who could provide a description of the shooter.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
