San Antonio Police investigating fatal crash

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are looking into the cause of a fatal car crash on the North side.
At around 2:30 A.M. Thursday, a woman was driving on Jones Maltsberger near Carlton Oaks when she went off the road and hit a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
There was also a dead deer near the scene of the crash and police are working to determine if the animal combined with thick fog may have contributed to the crash.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
