San Antonio Police investigating fatal hit and run on the West side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are investigating a fatal hit and run on the West side.
According to KSAT-12, the victim was hit at around 2:40 A.M. Wednesday as he was walking along the off-ramp from Loop 410 near Ingram Road.
The driver of the vehicle that hit him didn’t stop.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and at this point there is not a description of the vehicle that hit him.
The man’s name and age haven’t been released and police aren’t sure why he was walking along the highway.
