San Antonio Police: Man shot in robbery attempt on East Side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 19-year-old is recovering after he was shot in a robbery attempt Monday night.
San Antonio police say it happened at around 10:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Frank Avenue.
The victim tells officers that he was trying to sell some jewelry when he was shot by someone who was trying to rob him.
He took a bullet to the leg and is expected to make a full recovery.
Police haven’t provided a description of the shooter.
