SAPD releases images of two people suspected of shooting area restaurant manager to death

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is hoping you can help them identify two people believed to be responsible for the shooting death of a local restaurant manger.

It happened at around 9:40 p.m. on Sunday at a Sonic Drive-In located in the 5500 block of Babcock Road.

Police say Daniel Shrewsbury, 33, was a manager at the restaurant, and they think he got into an argument with a customer over money.

At one point, investigators say the customer pulled a gun and shot Shrewsbury, who went back inside the restaurant and later died at the scene.

Police say the shooter and another person took off, but now images of the two suspects have been found in surveillance video footage and released.

If you have any information on their identities, call the SAPD at 210-207-4804.
