San Antonio Police searching for driver in hit and run on North Foster Road

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio Police are looking for the driver who drove away from the scene after hitting a pedestrian on an East side street.

At around 1:45 A.M. Wednesday, a 37 year old man was crossing the 1800 block of North Foster Road near IH-10 when he was hit by someone driving a black S-U-V.

But the driver didn’t stop, leaving the man in the road.

Police arrived and began looking for the S-U-V but they couldn’t locate it.

The victim is at Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition.
