San Antonio Police searching for missing 13 year old

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio police are trying to find a teenage girl who went missing in the downtown area.

She is 13-year-old Leilana Patrice Grahm, last seen Sunday on Bowie Street near East Commerce.

Leilana was vacationing in San Antonio with her foster parents but they had an argument and she left as they walked through River Center Mall.

Leilana is 5-foot-6, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown eyes and curly black hair.

She was wearing a black t-shirt with the phrase “Available Weekend” on the front, turquoise leggings and black shoes with white stripes.
